What is the stepped-rim design?
The stepped rim (also called "stadium cup lip") is a small ridge near the top of the cup that provides a comfortable drinking edge and adds structural strength. It's the classic stadium cup shape everyone recognizes from ballparks, concerts, and parties.
What's the minimum order quantity?
50 pieces for these popular sizes: 9oz, 12oz, and 16oz.
500 pieces for all other sizes (4oz, 8oz, 10oz, 14oz, 20oz).
1,000 pieces for 4oz only.
Blank (unprinted) cups may have different MOQ — contact us to check stock availability.
Are these cups dishwasher safe?
For unprinted cups: hand wash recommended to maintain the frosted finish. For printed cups: hand wash only — dishwashing can cause the printed design to fade over time. If you need dishwasher-safe options, ask about our Tritan™ line.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer free blank samples (you pay shipping). For custom-printed samples, we charge a small sample fee that's refunded on your first bulk order of 500+ pieces.
How long does production take?
Blank cups: 5–7 working days from stock.
Custom printed: 10–15 working days after you approve the digital proof. Rush orders available for urgent events (additional fee applies).
Can I mix different sizes/colors in one order?
Absolutely! You can mix different sizes, different colors, and even combine with our straight-sided frosted cups — all in one order as long as each size meets its minimum MOQ.
