Common Questions
Hot-change (different product): Changes color above 37°C / 45°C — used for hot drink cups. Cold-change goes from light to dark; hot-change goes from dark to light.
Hot-change cups are for hot drinks — the color changes from dark to light when heated above 37°C/45°C.
This product is cold-change only — it turns blue or pink when you add ice water.
• Do NOT put in dishwasher or microwave
• Do NOT scratch the exterior surface with hard objects
• Normal daily use will not cause any issues — just hand wash gently

3️⃣ For cold-change: The starting color must be light (white). It changes to your target color when chilled.
4️⃣ For hot-change: The starting color must be one of 6 dark colors — black, dark brown, dark green, dark blue, dark purple, or red. It fades to reveal your design when heated.
